Masart.com has chosen Overnite transportation as its primary logistics partner because the company provides Masart.com customers and employees with unmatched visibility into the routing and status of packages, as well as reliable, on-time delivery to your place. Due to the nature of our hand-crafted products, all products are covered by an insurance which will replace the item in case of damage during its transportation at your address ONLY if notified UPON ARRIVAL to the employee delivering the product to you. Please make sure you open the packages upon arrival in front of the courriers associate, if you find damage items please make a note on your freight bill.
